Solar for tea estates
Agriculture · Assam

Solar for tea estates

1.1 MWCapacityGround-mountSegment
The challenge
Tea gardens run processing units and estate facilities through the day, often far from reliable grid supply.
Our approach
Ground-mounted solar plants built across tea estates in Assam, with structures designed for local wind and soil conditions.
The outcome
Clean daytime power at the point of use, reducing dependence on the grid and diesel.
Curved-roof plant for a foam manufacturer
Industrial · Haryana

Curved-roof plant for a foam manufacturer

Industrial rooftopSegment
The challenge
A curved sheet roof cannot take a standard flat or tilted rooftop structure.
Our approach
Custom mounting that follows the curve of the roof, with module rows laid out to make use of the available area.
The outcome
Usable solar capacity on a roof that is usually left out of solar plans.
Non-penetrative tin-shed rooftop
Industrial · Tin shed

Non-penetrative tin-shed rooftop

Industrial rooftopSegment
The challenge
Drilling into a tin-shed roof can cause leaks and affect the roof warranty.
Our approach
A non-penetrative aluminium mounting structure with walkways between module rows for safe cleaning and maintenance.
The outcome
A rooftop plant installed without roof penetrations and easy to maintain.
Ballasted array on an RCC roof
Commercial · RCC roof

Ballasted array on an RCC roof

Commercial rooftopSegment
The challenge
The building owner wanted solar without anchoring into the waterproofed RCC roof.
Our approach
A ballasted, non-penetrative structure that holds the array in place by weight, with a reverse-tilt layout where it improved generation.
The outcome
Roof waterproofing left untouched, with a plant that can be relocated if needed.
