How warranties work
Your plant is covered by manufacturer warranties on major equipment and by our workmanship support, as set out in your contract.
Solar modules
Product and performance warranties are provided by the module manufacturer. We raise and manage claims on your behalf.
Inverters
Inverter warranties are provided by the inverter manufacturer. We diagnose faults and coordinate repair or replacement.
Installation & structures
Workmanship, structures and balance of system are supported by Samvik as per the terms of your contract.
